2. What data I process

This website has no forms and does not ask for your data. I only process the data you give me when you contact me by WhatsApp or email: your name, your contact details and the information in your enquiry.

If you book a service, I also process the data needed to provide it and to issue the invoice.

During a service I may learn sensitive information, for example about your health at a medical appointment. I only process it because you ask me to accompany you and interpret, and only for that purpose.

3. Why I use it and on what legal basis

Purpose Legal basis
Answering your enquiries and sending quotes Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR)
Providing the service you book Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for health or other sensitive data, your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a GDPR)
Invoicing and meeting tax and accounting obligations Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR)

4. How long I keep it

Client data is kept for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Information I learn during a service is not kept longer than needed to provide it.

5. Who I share it with

I do not sell or pass on your data. It is only disclosed where the law requires it, for example to the Spanish Tax Agency, and to the accountancy firm that keeps my books, acting as data processor.

To communicate with you I use WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google). These services may involve international data transfers to the United States, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

6. Confidentiality

I keep confidential everything I hear, read or learn during a service, including after it ends.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email me at verasouble@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. Its typefaces are stored on the website itself, so browsing it does not connect you to Google or other third parties. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages.
